Ad Maas hands over to Florian van Rijn van Alkemade
New CEO
Ad: "Now that Spectral Industries enters a new phase and I am getting closer to my next phase, I am pleased to hand over the CEO position to Florian van Rijn van Alkemade today - the 1st of July 2026. Florian embodies Spectral’s need for a different kind of leadership for its upcoming growth phase in products and services. Florian will also become co-owner of Spectral Industries"
The Management Team consists of:
- CEO (Florian van Rijn van Alkemade)
- CTO (Marijn Sandtke)
- CCO (position vacant)
Marijn will continue to focus on his role as CTO. Ad's involvement with Spectral Industries will proceed as follows:
- Interim leader of the Sales Team
- Acting CCO in the Management Team
- Supporting Florian intensively during his first 100 days
- Shareholder and Board member
